Macco has painted two of my vehicles. I have been very pleased with their work. They handled themselves like professionals. The staff really work with me in providing a service. I truly say they went above and beyond to satisfy me. I thought the prices were reasonable, considering the work that they did. And I do plan to use them again.

If there were 10 stars it wouldn't be enough to express how great we feel our service was and even more the work they performed and how wonderful the finished product was. I cried when I saw how beautiful my little Chevy Aveo which is 20 years old looked. There aren't enough accolades to describe the two ladies and manager who work at the Maaco on Silas Creek Parkway here in Winston-Salem NC for their professionalism and kindness they showed us. Horribly done paint paint job with rough patches all over the car indicating that there was a problem with the spray nozzle of the gun spitting paint instead of spraying or possibly loss of air pressure to the gun. Upon pointing it out I was told it was do to contaminants on the car so I asked if they don’t wipe the cars down with solvent after sanding to which she stopped me and brought out the production manager who again told me the same thing. I replied by pointing out the type of problem that it was, not fish eyes like you’d get from a contaminated surface, but lack of coverage in some areas and bubbles/rough paint in others.
