I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Even though it was my first visit, it was recommended by a friend who has gone there for years. She was right. All the staff is cordial, they communicate well, they evaluate each customers input. Jesse inspected and evaluated all items, the ones that didn't need doing at that time, he gave me the option. Amy is great at scheduling AN APPOINTMENT. This is the first shop I have visited that sets an appt and keeps to the times! Good job. I could tell by talking to everyone at this shop, quality and communication is valued by its management! I plan to use B and C for 90% of the needs my car has in the future.

Twice in the last 3 months I had a nail and a sharp object in my tire and both times B&C was able to quickly and safely repair the damage. The customer service was phenomenal. I really appreciated their help! You can tell they have a have an honest trustworthy staff who wants to help you.
