Northwest Motorworks

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve bought and sold plenty of cars over the years, and I can honestly say my experience at Northwest Motorworks in Winston Salem has been by far the best I’ve ever had at a dealership. From start to finish, Kevin (the owner) was incredibly kind and genuine. Alan, my salesman, was top notch—patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to handle every request I had. Even the technician, Terrell, was fantastic and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell this team really cares about what they do and about their customers. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and service in the car business these days. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned o…

I came into test drive the 2015 mini cooper s and i was shocked and blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the workers. The car was in great condition and they had done a great job detailing it. Alan in particular was very generous and helpful. I have been to other auto repair facilities but Northwest Motorworks is a step above the rest! Not only do they specialize in repairing the vehicles, but they also sell them…Best of both worlds!

It was like buying a car from my nephew. Alan didn't hold anything back. He was honest and EXTREMELY helpful. He was very Knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me free range to look over the vehicle. He is so Nice and sweet. If you're looking for a vehicle "Alan" is definitely your guy. He will take care of you like family.

Fair price for an oil change. Went to several (overpriced) places prior & these guys were the first to get the diagnostic code on my X5 diesel correct. . . For a less expensive fix! Nice waiting room, very polite professionals. Even got some candy for my son. . . A happy morning!

Brought my 2022 Chevy 2500 HD custom for a full tune up recently. Kevin, Alan and Terrell were very helpful and very understanding! You can’t go wrong bringing your vehicle to NW Motorworks! 5 Star rating speaks for itself!
