Carolinas Collision Center at Parkway Ford Lincoln

The staff at Carolina Collision Center was wonderful. They communicated really well, did a great job repairing our vehicle, and had it done before they initially thought that they would. They have exceeded our expectations. Will use again, hopefully not soon though. :)

I have had my car at this shop twice. In 2024 someone hit the driver side door of my car. I was worried about them matching the color because of its uniqueness..... No worries matched it perfectly. Just got that same car back from an accident...Again matched the color perfectly. My car is running better than it did before the accident...Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My son's car look great!! They did a awesome job. They even washed his car had his tires and them cheap rims looking good 😀😀. But yes, I definitely recommend coming here to have your car repaired.

Adam and his team were great. My car looks better then when I bought it off the lot. Never had a problem communicating always called back in a timely manner and even dealt with my insurance when I didn't understand. Thanks so much!

Very professional and prompt. Car looks brand new. Only downfall was the estimated date for pickup. On the date I was given, my car wasn't ready which caused me more for an extended rental car on top of having to pay my deductible.
